Great value for money, with comfortable beds, private spaces in the dorms, and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The location is convenient, with easy access to the bus terminal and walking distance to the city center. The staff, especially Felipe, are friendly, helpful, and create a cute atmosphere.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Valdivia. The cubby style bunks provided privacy, and I loved that I could easily access the top bunk without disturbing others. Each bed had its own private outlet, lamp, and curtain, creating a cozy and comfortable space. The hostel's location was perfect, great to easily explore the town. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

When we arrived at the hostel, we were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. It was close to the bus terminal, supermarkets, and the city center, making it easy for us to explore and find anything we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even spoke English, which made communication smooth. the buffet breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed starting our day with a variety of options. the private beds with curtains provided a sense of privacy, and the lockers with keys gave us peace of mind. the hostel had great facilities and room advantages, such as the TV with Netflix and the comfortable beds.

Although there were enough toilets and bathrooms, we did encounter some issues with the temperature control in the showers.
